A Maintenance Service Centre is located on each Campus. Requests for maintenance services can be made through contacting the relevant service centre or via the onlinne Maintenance Service Request Forms.

Maintenance is responsible for the upkeep of all buildings, grounds and service infrastructure within the University's five campuses. This includes building fabric, electrical, essential safety provisions, fume extraction, vertical transport, mechanical services and plumbing and hydraulic services.

Making your request 

• Provide a brief and clear description of the problem or work that is requested
• Include contact details for a person who can provide information about the request (preferably email and phone)
• Specify when the request should be performed
• Written requests are preferred
• If you are requesting work that is additional to our core services there will be a cost charged
• If the work is chargeable an authorised person from your organisation will need to supply us with their written consent
